Brain Awareness

The annual Brain Awareness Week brings international attention to the brain. How do they work? How do they get sick? What is the importance of neuroscience for people and society? All these questions are addressed in a public-friendly way. During this week, activities are organised at various locations in the Netherlands, including at FlevoMeer Library Lelystad in cooperation with InteraktContour.

InteraktContour will be present in the library to give a presentation on assistive (digital) technology products, which are suitable for people with non-disabling brain injury. In addition, theme tables and information will draw attention to the health of our brain. During this afternoon, there will be a particular focus on non-congenital brain injury.
