A hawk, a harrier, a peregrine falcon, a bald eagle... On this walk, will you spot the special species of birds of prey found in the Oostvaardersplassen? Together with a guide from Staatsbosbeheer, you will go on a walk in search of the birds of prey that occur in this unique area. This special walk is organised monthly on the first Saturday of the month. As it is difficult to tell in advance where the birds of prey will be, the route will be decided on the day itself. The walk can therefore go through a different Oostvaardersplassen area each time.
This excursion can be extended with a lunch after the walk at the restaurant of Buitencentrum Oostvaardersplassen in Lelystad.
