Register event

Are you organising an event in Lelystad and want extra promotion? We can place your event on Visit Lelystad's agenda free of charge. Send an e-mail to visit@lelystad.nl. We will do our best to place the event on the website within 1 week. So deliver the information to us as soon as possible.

Send the following information:

1. Please provide a clear short name of the event.
2. Date and start times: is the event on one day or are there several days on which the event takes place? Please provide us with all dates. Also indicate the starting time and when the event ends.
3. Description: What can visitors expect at the event? Make the description as clear as possible so that the visitor is not surprised. Does the visitor have to order a ticket in advance or is admission free?
4. Photos: We use your photos to post the event on www.visitlelystad.nl/en, but also to post on our Facebook and Instagram, for example. Please also provide the source of your photo if necessary.
5. Link to event: Where can visitors go for more information? Is there a website or a phone number. Or has this event created a Facebook page, for example?
6. Contact information: At which location is the event and are there any other contact details you would like to give visitors? Such as email address and phone number, for example.
